Job Description

Manage the full functions of Group and Conference bookings both locally and Internationally. Plan and present in-depth itineraries for complete project.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure best prices and products are offered to suit clients' needs. Constantly keep clients apparaised of developments and changes relating to all aspects of the booking.
Book all local and International reservations for accommodation, car hire, transfers, flights etc. Complete detailed pre and post tour reports for presentation to the client.

Required Qualifications

Amadeus and/or Galileo plus sound computer literacy essential.
In-depth working knowledge of all travel related functions such as ticketing, ticket reissues, reservations and refunds and above average geographical knowledge a must.
Groups and conferencing experience needed plus a minimum of four years experience in a senior role.
