Job Description

The main objective of this role is to do monthly visits with corporate clients to service the account and resolve any queries or complaints that may arise from the visit. Visit Club Corporate branches regularly to deal with staff issues and client queries and complaints. 

Required Qualifications

• Corporate Consulting experience.

•Minimum 1 year KAM experience.

• Valid Driver's license essential

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise.

• PC Literate especially in MS Office packages.

• Ability to inspire confidence and develop rapport with clients and staff.

• Well-developed problem solving and negotiating skills.

• Flexibility and adaptive to change.

• Ability to excel under pressure.

• Discretion and awareness of confidentiality.
