Job Description

We have a vacancy for an intermediate travel agent.
  • This position will suit a travel agent that is able to initially work in a call centre based travel environment.
  • Shift work is applicable.
  • Call Centre runs from 08h00 - 20h00, Monday to Saturday.
  • Relevant travel qualification and a minimum of 3 years working experience in a travel agency is essential.
  • You will be required to assist clients and finalise bookings of holiday packages and flights (domestically, regionally and internationally).
  • Ability to meet set monthly targets essential.
  • Experience on Galileo essential
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Ability to work shifts in a call centre based travel agency
  • Clear credit and criminal record essential
