Job Description

The main objective of this role is to provide booking services to our B2B Customers (business, group & work abroad travellers) whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the STA Travel brand. This is achieved through exceeding client expectation, creating long term relationships, fostering mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and offering customers the travel services best suited to their needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years retail, corporate or group travel experience
  • Proficient in the use of a GDS (Amadeus preferred)
  • Excellent geography, destination and product knowledge
  • Outgoing and approachable with exceptional customer service skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about travel
  • Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to excel under pressure
  • The ability to work in a small, sales driven team
