LimeX is looking for someone to support the LimeX team with their event and incentive requirements. Someone who can manage the design and production elements so that the consultants can focus on the travel requirements.

  • Co-ordination of design items: event invitations, brochures, theme logos etc.

  • Design of Powerpoint presentations

  • Management of event and incentive registration sites

  • Research and design of travel documentation

  • Printing and packing of these travel documents

  • Sourcing of gifts, room drops, menus, name tags, lanyards etc.

  • Management of client lists and client marketing.

This position is for a dynamic and enthusiastic person with an interest in travel and incentives.

Required Qualifications

Qualifications and experience:

  • Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification (marketing, advertising or travel)

  • Good understanding of the incentive and eventing industry

  • Creative thinking skills is an advantage

  • Proactive with good organisational skills

  • Good people skills / client service skills / team player

  • Advertising agency experience is an advantage

  • Tour leading experience is an advantage (ability to travel with groups)

Own car and driver’s license.
