Cruise Options has been operational for 15 years selling exclusive cruise products to high networth clients. We value our client relationships. We are a top supporter in South Africa for Crystal Cruises, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Seabourn and Silversea. Cruise Options is a small, very focussed business and it takes a while to get into using our very detailed systems so I need someone who is committed to understanding the position and business.

We are based in Sea Point, Cape Town and the office is quiet as we operate from a residential apartment block. The phone does not ring incessantly and we do not have many clients coming in; most of the business is conducted over the phone and email.

We require an experienced person to handle our office administration (systems & operations) as well as PA work for the owner. A well organised, self-motivated, solutions driven, reliable person with initiative and excellent attention to detail is required. Ideally someone who is keen to grow with the position and build strong supplier and client relationships.

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years working experience and in this capacity
Excellent computer skills including Outlook for client information / database are essential.

General Details

Excellent verbal and written English, excellent computer skills (Word, Office, Excel, Internet), good client relations; systems & attention to detail essential. Travel and cruise experience an advantage.
