Job Description

The following are the functions of the FM :
  • Manage a Finance Team (Incl. Debtors/Creditorswho will report to the FM).
  • FM reports to CFO (CFO together with FM, report directly to CEO)
  • Maintaining Cash Books
  • Administering Bank Accounts & Payments
  • Bank Recons
  • Preparing more Complex Recons
  • Reviewing Supplier Recons prepared by Finance Team
  • Petty Cash Control
  • Allocation of Debtor Payments, and follow up of more Complex Debtors
  • Financial Reporting
  • Assisting During Audit as well as with any other 3rd Party requirements
  • Full Month-End Function
  • Other Minor/Miscellaneous Ad-Hoc functions required by CFO

Required Qualifications

  • Quicktrav Experience- Non Negotiable
  • 2-3 Years in a Financial Controller or FM Role
  • Min: B Com Degree in financial management National Diploma in Finance
  • BSP Experience - Non- Negotiable
