Job Description

The role entails:

Updating of weekly Ticket Centre statements
Updating of weekly procurement card statements
Updating of weekly Infinity statements
Reconciling all unchecked land/air creditor entries
Reconciling and paying of all 30 day creditor accounts
Loading of land and air suppliers in QT
Queries - creditor related
Morning meetings with Creditors Clerk leaders

Required Qualifications

The role requires a person with the following strengths/qualities:

• Attention to detail
• Good communication within the team as well as with Travel Managers & clients
• Ability to work under pressure (deadline driven)
• Multitasking
