Job Description

The main objective of this role is to be a member of the online division, issuing tickets on Amadeus and Galileo whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand.

Required Qualifications

Competencies / Skills:

  • Minimum 2 year ticketing experience on an Intermediate level
  • Proficient in Amadeus and Galileo
  • Strong knowledge of International fares
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • Effective team player
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
