Job Description
We are currently seeking a B2B Travel Expert to join our growing B2B team. The successful candidate will maximise sales, revenue and profitability of our products, whilst delivering an outstanding customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- To achieve weekly and monthly sales and revenue targets as agreed with the B2B Team Manager.
- To contribute new and innovative ideas to continuously improve sales, best practice and internal procedures
- To build a rapport with customers and maintain their confidence throughout the sales conversation
- Use personal travel experience and product training to provide excellent advice to customers.
- Support colleagues’ customers to ensure they receive an excellent level of customer service in the absence of their Travel Expert.
- To respond to customer enquiries in an efficient and timely manner to meet the customer needs.
- To work as an effective member of your store team and across all STA Travel departments.
Availability
ASAP, but will wait on the right candidate.
Salary
Competitive basic, in addition to a lucrative, uncapped commission scheme.

- Passionate, positive & enthusiastic attitude
- Previous retail or corporate travel industry experience preferred.
