The main objective of this role is to provide information, advice and assistance services directly to the end user whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting Club Travels Information Technology Products as and when needed. Facilitate and administer the daily requirements of the IT department with regards to First Line Support.

· Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
