§ The employee will be responsible for on-time and accurate running of all Payrolls on the Payroll system, maintaining data integrity and information security and providing accurate and timeous information to all levels of Management as well as managing their direct report.
§ The employee will also assist with job grading/classification and corresponding salary scales as well assist with any queries related to salaries and job grading
§ Adhere to all legislative requirements and company policies & procedures in relation to payment of employees
§ The employee will undertake ad hoc salary benchmarking for the Company

Qualification:
5-6 years in a medium sized company handling payroll of up to 1000 employees
Must have completed certificates in VIP Payroll and HR Administration
VIP Payroll ad hoc courses such as Tax Year end course
