Job Description

Duties will include, but not limited to:

1. Quoting
2. Book air, car and hotel reservations using multiple online systems
3. Sound product knowledge of Southern African
4. Liaise with suppliers
5. Good communication skills with both ITCs, IWCs and suppliers
6. Work independently, show initiative and resourcefulness
7. Must be able to prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines
8. Organised, accurate, observant and able to multitask
9. Generate invoices, vouchers and itineraries on Travelogic

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
Minimum 5 years wholesale experience at a tour operator, encompassing all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements.
