Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Purpose of Role
- Abandoned bookings are low hanging fruit and an impactful revenue generator. As a Retainment Agent you will be required to champion these bookings by corresponding directly with clients and ensuring they book with Travelstart.
- You will offer them world class service.
Expectations:
- Being the first point of contact for all abandoned bookings;
- Championing Retainment Bookings;
- Processing of credit card and bank payments;
- Management of retained booking process for Travelstart markets;
- Fraud profiling;
- Communication between business and clients;
- Maintain a high quality standard set out by the quality procedure and company policy;
- Excellent sales skills; and
- Meeting all required SLAs.
Skills Requirement:
- Full service travel agent;
- Efficient working knowledge of Amadeus, Fares and all invoicing systems;
- Essential understanding of all commission types and the correct application thereof;
- Minimum 2years experience in Travel essential;
- Flexibility;
- English essential; and
- Sales background.
