Exceptional organisational skills are key to this great position. Take charge of all administrative functions in large, busy agency. These include, but are not limited to, upkeep of brochures - ordering, updating, liaising with various operators - ticket orders and stock control thereof, travel packs, liaising with suppliers for updates on specials and communicating them to the consultants etc. etc.

Qualification:
Must be highly organised, be able to multi-task, have good time management, excellent verbal and written communication skills and be super efficient.
A sound understanding of how a Retail Travel agency works is a must plus at least three years experience in a similar role.
