Productivity

Database Management :

• Manage Clients hierarchy – ensure that all business units are correctly linked to main group account

  Report Administration :

• Respond to Ad Hoc requests

• Generate monthly and weekly reports to the specific client requirements

  Analysis

• Trend Analysis - to make recommendations to provide business intelligence

• Gap and Opportunity Analysis – make recommendations

• Supplier contract and spend analysis to utilise for contract negotiations

   

  Retention

• Client Relationship Management

• Manage data and service level agreement and provide recommendations for improvement/change

• Generate accurate reports and analysis

• Engage with Internal and External stakeholders (to understand requests)

• Support all stakeholders with reporting and analysis to ensure optimum resource utilisation

• Maintain reporting standards on stakeholder reporting requirements and ensure data integrity

• Integration of multiple data sources into consolidated data to facilitate a single view of travel
