CUSTOMER INTIMACY

             Query resolution

                                                                                                                                    Receive, investigate and resolve account queries from the client and other        stakeholders Match COD daily on Axapta. Query outstanding items with Consultants.

                               Provide feedback on the resolution of the query to the concerned parties

 

 

BUSINESS PROCESSES

• Debtors                            Print COD statements from consultants and check in the bank book that monies have been paid to Rennies Travel

                                          Submit invoicing documents to the client for payment

                                          Print client statements and follow up on when payments will be made to Rennies Travel

                                          Process banking of monies and cheques received from clients for payments of travel packages on a daily basis

                                          Process swiping transactions on a daily basis

                                          Compare swiping transactions to credit card statements of the client for correctness

                                          Issue credit notes in the event of errors and re-invoice the correct account to the client

• General administration       File and maintain all accounting documents

   

  FINANCIAL

• Debtors book

  Management                     Improve operating margins/yield; ensure profitability before overrides; ensure 97.5% of debtors are current

  LEARNING & GROWTH

• Self development plan       Make an input and agree to training and development according to Personal development plan

                Read and research information in order to remain abreast with changes within the market

Qualification:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

 

Financial / accounting knowledge and experience

• Axapta experience
• Knowledge of software packages required to perform own job function: MS Word, Excel.

Grade 12 with commercial subjects (accounting, business economics, bookkeeping)
