TMC company is looking for a Concierge Consultant to be responsible to assist the Relationship Managers in handling all client daily matters. is responsible for working closely with the Relationship Managers to provide research and fulfilment on complex travel and concierge enquiries as well as completing simple bookings to support the Relationship Managers workload volume

QUALIFICATIONS
•Matric
•Relevant travel qualifications
•Fare and ticketing basic course
•Amadeus – full course
•Minimum 5 years experience
Knowledge
•Excellent product knowledge
•Excellent geographical knowledge
•Fares course successfully completed
•Knowledge of inter-airline policies and endorsement procedures
•Understanding and ability to interpret, explain and follow fare rules
•Full understanding of BSP
•Fully conversant with preferred partners frequent flyer programmes
•Full understanding of forex
•Full understanding of insurance
•Full understanding and use of fare finder/best fare on the day
•Ability to distinguish a misquote by an airline or colleague

General Details
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Ensure that all relevant details are obtained from RM’s
•Create all the necessary entries in Amadeus avoiding any fictitious information
•Process client requests by conducting all required reservations
•Book air travel with various airlines bearing in mind our company’s relationship with preferred carriers and programme benefits
•Book car hire using preferred suppliers wherever possible
•Book hotel accommodation and travel packages, also remembering to use preferred partners and programme benefits
•Assist Manager with ADM’s, errors and complaints, where possible
•Assist Manager with staff queries and problems
•Any other tasks as requested by the Manager from time to time
•Full understanding of transaction fees
•Full use and understanding of Communicator and CRM
•Ability to follow paperless procedure and 100% use of quality control
•3 international quotes, 2 domestic quotes, including the cheapest quote at the time
•Logging all quotes, confirmations, client correspondences, tour operator quotes etc in CRM daily
•Following of Leisure Policies and Procedures on Dashboard
•Commitment and alignment to the company’s preferred partners
•Adhering to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) manual
