Job Description
- Ensure corporate fares are utilized
- Ability to accurately conclude multi - sector/ round the world reservations
- Alignment to all Company policies/ procedures
- Ensure that all fees are correctly charged at time of ticketing including invoicing and referral bookings
- All vouchers correctly issued & emailed to the Client & Supplier
- Cost conscious for the Company & the Client
- Understanding & adhering to the Clients travel policies & procedures
- Book air, car and hotel reservations using Amadeus/Galileo
- Manual fare building, issue in exchanges
- Responsible for compiling entire travel packages, including organizing visa, travel insurance, hotel accommodation and car rental/transfers
- Ensuring clients are happy at all times by being thorough
- Issuance of all EMD’s
- Taking care of key accounts
- Various shifts available
