We are looking for someone who will grow the sales and revenue through the effective management of Travelstart’s direct sales team. Implementing successful strategies that are aligned with Travelstart’s overall goals and targets.
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
The key deliverables in this role will be to:
- Effectively run day to day operations of a large sales team;
- Drive revenue, sales and profit margins through best practice;
- Training and mentorship of staff on a daily/weekly/monthly basis;
- Identify new opportunities to improve and implement processes resulting in increased sales and conversion;
- Actively recruit new sales team members in collaboration with the HR department;
- Engage customers with escalated complaints;
- Effectively identify system issues by collaborating with our in-house dev department;
- Management Reporting as/when required;
- Track individual team performances on a monthly basis through monthly performance reviews;
- Prepare individual annual reviews based on individual performances;-
- Ensure clear communication channels in terms of targets required as a team and as an individual; and
- Weekly system testing in collaboration with our development team.
