- Issues/re-issues, vouchers and assisting with visas.
- Domestic, regional and full international bookings.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a travel consultant in retail travel.
- Travel Product Knowledge and understanding of trends and developments within the travel industry.
- Mithas Travel preferred suppliers and product knowledge.
- Knows and understands software packages required to perform own job function including Amadeus.
- Fares knowledge
- Customer Care principles
- Accounting principles / administration
- Detailed and in-depth knowledge and understanding of the structure, operations, systems, HR policies, and procedures of the organisation
- Experience in handling complex travel arrangements
