KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Operational/Process management
Ensure that all technology related problems are correctly logged via the correct channel and that resolution is achieved.
Resolution of problems of an escalated operational nature with regards to clients, suppliers and staff
Maintain, develop and optimise supplier relationships and growth to ensure 100% customer retention and ensure supplier deals/specials are implemented effectively
REPORTS
Excel report. ADM register, Compliments and Complaints register
ASAP

Qualification:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 6 years’ experience in the Travel Industry as a Senior Consultant
