Job Description
- Compiling innovative incentive tour itineraries and sourcing the best suppliers per tour and ensuring the group's needs are accurately met
- Accurate quoting and reservations, ticketing, costing, itineraries.
- Excellent client service - attending to the Group's travel requirements and providing professional service at all times and quick turnaround time) incl. handling client queries and deal with any emergency situations
- Meet all deadlines
- Travel with group (when required)
- Effective organisation of any Foreign Exchange requirements and ensure travel insurance are accurately issued
- Assist with visa requirements
- Assisting and handling the special needs of individuals – breakaway bookings, special meals, requests etc.
- Manage financials (maintain, update and recon)
- Adhering to cancellation policies
- Assisting with Events from time to time
- Work in a pressurised environment
- Happy to work in a small team
- Must be able to work after hours or on weekends (when required)
- Own car (NON NEGOTIABLE)
- Must be able to travel locally and abroad

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Full understanding of Galileo reservations system (must have Galileo Certificate) and have knowledge of:
- - Manual fare builds
- - Ticketing
- - Group bookings
- - Re-issue / issue in Exchange
- - Cancellations / Automated refunds
- Must have run client files in current job
- Retail travel experience would also be a benefit
- Matric
- Experience (min. 3 years in Incentives/Events)
