Job Description
- The Incumbent is responsible for taking calls, logging updating and directing of service queries and technical diagnostics. The responsibilities also include some basic 1st line support as well as assisting clients with second line support in absence of Technician

General Details
MONITORING CALLS
- Monitor internal logging of calls
- Assign calls to technicians according to the nature of the problems
- Monitoring of data line
SOFTWARE
- Execute upgrades for Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7
- Be familiar with the Company Desktop Software
- Operate and install MS Office 2003, 2007 and 2010
- The ability to install and operate Latitude Call logging Software
ADDITIONAL
- Preparing and configuring workstations
- Assist with IT projects
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Constantly do follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction level
IT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
- Ensure IT standards and protocol are followed
- Manage and monitor the company IT policy and ensure that it’s adhered to by staff
HARDWARE
- Maintain desktop support
- Provide solutions to any hardware related problems
- The ability to back up information e.g. clients folders and PST
INTER-RELATIONSHIP
- Team Educational:-share ideas & knowledge
- Ensure departmental interaction
- Attendance to company functions and events
- Build and maintain multi level relationships within TTS
