Job Description
An exciting role now exists for a Sales Support Co-ordinator to join the world's best Airline. The successful candidate will play a critical role in offering support to the Sales department at Cathay Pacific Airways.
Reporting directly to the Assistant Sales Manager South Africa and indirectly to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the role of Sales Support Co-ordinator is to provide excellent levels of service and support to all existing travel trade.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist with Reservations, handling all walk in passengers, groups booking, card transactions and co-ordination of match tickets (Rugby 7's)
- Trade support to all One world carriers and Travel agents
- Back up to Rebates
- Finance Administration
- Payment clearance
- Call all passengers for authorization and processing of local credit card transactions manually.
- Cash payment verification
- Receiving and Checking Service vouchers
- Upon receiving service vouchers as form of payment from passengers or agents, process verification and email to GCC for confirmation.
- PSR – compiling and checking fares for Daily Sales Report
- Purging of PSR when necessary
Teamwork
- Maintain good relations with the Sales team.
- Maintain relationships with Travel Agents.
- Work closely with both Sales Support Co-ordinators.
