Key responsibilities
● Identify and initiate contact with new business leads
● Establish and manage a robust prospect pipeline
● Target prospects throughout the sales process in an effort to secure new clients
● Provide first-class customer service and travel advice to assigned clients
● Attend regular training sessions and conferences
● Keep abreast of the latest travel market trends
● Achieve sales targets

Qualification:
Knowledge and experience
● Minimum three years’ new business sales experience within a B2B/corporate sales environment, with the ability to work towards targets and goals
● Exceptional computer literacy, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent presentation skills – comfortable pitching at multiple levels
● Strong time management and organisational and planning skills
● Great people skills and outstanding customer service
● Confident negotiator and salesperson
