Requirement:
- Tourism diploma/degree
- Reservation and fares knowledge: Amadeus and/or Galileo
- Ticketing knowledge an advantage
- Previous Call Center Airline experience an advantage
- Computer Literate - Microsoft Office etc
- French speaking an advantage
- Good written skills
