Match invoices to ticket numbers as per Diners / Amex statement.
Deliver statements and all supporting documentation – Land, Air &Service fees – to clients WEEKLY.
Speed point off AMEX / DINERS CARD as per agreement with client.
Check bank statement DAILY for monies received from clients who pay via EFT.
Receipt monies to correct client account.
Allocate payment to correct invoices as per remittance advice received from client.
Run journals daily.
Acknowledge receipt of e-mailed queries / complaints within 1 business day.
Ensure timeous resolution of queries so as to ensure prompt payment.
Check invoices for accuracy. Ensure that errors are corrected immediately and kept to a minimum.
Phone clients to collect money.
Ensure Accounts manager is kept up to date with any queries / complaints that may impact on receiving timeous payment
Ensure that accounts manager receives a consolidated age analysis with comments by 5th working day of the month.
General administration including filing of all relevant debtors’ documentation.
Processing of invoices from Hotel and Car suppliers for your client base
