Job Description
* To actively source new business whilst managing strategic relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and to achieve set divisional sales targets.
* To manage the Sales environment for Inland including target markets such as MICE, Government, Associations as well as the Inbound Division
* Develop, implement and execute the Inland sales strategy as part of the company business plan
* Identify and communicate areas of opportunity to increase market penetration and entrench existing customers
* Identify and follow through on new potential client strategy
* Ensure sales is aligned to core business strategy
* Ensure sales projects and initiatives are sized and prioritized appropriately through planning
* Respond quickly to new demands, priorities or changes within the division
* Keep abreast of changes in industry and adjust strategies accordingly

* Tertiary Qualification in Events Management/Marketing (or studying towards)
