Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting People Manager in developing and implementing HR policies
- Coordinating recruitment activities - including candidate sourcing, screening and selection
- Ensuring all vacancy procedures are followed on a timely basis
- Coordinating on-boarding processes and activities, including pre-employment activities and induction to Cathay Pacific
- Coordinating all HR administration – reporting, sickness monitoring, leave requests & leaver administration
- Ensuring timely submission of routine reports

- Matric certificate
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Be well-versed with local employment legislation
- Prefer some experience in an HR role
- Trustworthy, honest and reliable
- Extremely high level of integrity
