Job Description
* To effectively manage and lead the Association team to exceed customer expectations and meet the deadlines, and to retain relationships and achieve set sales targets.
* To work together with business development team in creating a high level and standardised output of work for the team.
* Develop annual business plans from an operational perspective identifying key activities and priorities; tie in with strategies of other business units
* Implement and communicate operational strategies and solutions in line with the business plan
* Set and Manage performance targets
* Negotiate with service providers (international & local) to achieve best value for money
* Actively monitor and improve margins
* Ensure staffing levels are met and managed
* Promote high motivation of staff and lead by example
* Ensure professional management standards are adhered too and staff members respect for skill and charisma (not authority)
* Maintain working knowledge of policies and relevant government regulations
* Set and monitor operational budgets
* Ensure the operations business continuity and recovery requirements are met
* Ensure all policies and procedures relating to the division are appropriate to the business and operational needs of the organization
* Make senior level case work decisions
* Report on operational performance on quarterly basis in form of business review
