Job Description
- Project manage the implementation of online booking tools for new and existing clients
- Provide client, user, agent and staff training where necessary
- Provide first and second-line support for our online booking tools
- Provide client, user and agent training
- Keep up to date with new product releases and communicate key personnel where necessary
- Configure and test of new client implementation set-up
- Ensure all documentation for online booking tools and implementations are updated and distributed where applicable.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Support and/or implementation experience on online booking tools.
- Galileo experience is essential
- Online implementation/support experience will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of business travel
- The ability to systematically analyse errors and suggest solutions
- Good presentation and excellent verbal and written English
- Good communication skills
