- Electronic maintenance of client databaseMaintain corporate gifts register
- Ordering stationary from budgetary tool
- Arranging educationals/ client lunches/ functions
- Co-ordinating RSVP’s on behalf of KAMs with all functions/workshop etc
- Delivery of corporate gifts
- Arrange sales meetings & minutes
- Update TWF photo's
- Arrange Site inspections with Suppliers for the Sales team
- Arrange Supplier meetings with Sales team
- Check MIS Reports; save for KAMS, burn to discs, Format where applicable
- Compile Special/Ad hoc reports and/or Parliamentary Questions
- Monitor Petty cash
- Completing Supplier Forms
- Order Business cards for Sales team members when needed
- Christmas gifts
- Social Co-ordinator: assist with events at the office for TWF Employees
- All other admin/ad hoc duties in Sales

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Excellent organization skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High level of computer literacy
- 2-3 years in admin environment
- Sales and marketing qualification
