Job Description
- You will be positioned in a call centre. You will be on the frontline of the company. As first point of contact, you will be expected to answer both phone calls and email requests from our clients/customers and look after them from start to finish
- You will be required to offer the highest level of customer service at all times, proactively maintain relationships with clients/customers and work to improve the business development of United Europe as a whole.
- You will be required to advise and develop a travel solution based accurately on the clients/customers requirements that offers the most appropriate combination of price, product and the clients/customers personal interest.
- You will need knowledge and experience in the destinations we sell (Europe and North America) as you will be required to plan travel arrangements that consist of ad hoc product and services consisting of, but not limited to, airline tickets, cruise and touring itineraries, accommodation, transfers, event and attraction tickets as well as provide insurance and visa assistance.
- You will be required to use the company reservations system to manage all aspects of any enquiry, from initial quote, through booking, confirmation, invoicing and receipting to voucher and document delivery.
