· At least 5 / 7 years Travel background with Amadeus/Galileo and online experience
· The ability to mentor, guide, oversee and be the sounding board for the Retail Team
· Organizational skills, attention to detail, reissues, fares rules, good geographical knowledge and interpersonal skills, as well as being able to cope under pressure
· Ability to effectively manage time and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
