Job Description
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls (overflow from Travel by Investec) while providing basic information when needed.
- Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries and couriers.
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, scanning, etc.
- Manage Live Chat
- Assisting the Product Manager with arranging Staff travel and functions.
- Assist with data capturing when required.
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Excellent verbal, reading and writing skills required.
- Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology.
- Proficient with Mircosoft Office Suite
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
- Ability to organise, multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- The ideal candidate will need at least a Matric Certificate and 2 years’ experience.
- Travel experience will be beneficial, but not necessary.
