Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- At least 1/2 years Event Co-ordination or Groups experience
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, good geographical knowledge and interpersonal skills, as well as being able to cope under pressure
- Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours
- Ability to travel away from home
- Presentation skills
- Travel or Tourism Certificate
- Fully PC literate – MS Office Applications – Intermediate Excel essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to meet deadlines
- Strong administrative skills
- Must be a team player
- Excellent customer service skills
