Job Description
- Support the company’s brands by tracking, investigating and reporting sales information;
- Promote products and chase sales by telephone and scheduled sales calling;
- Regular brand product training across identified TTC brands and brand presentations to be delivered internally and externally;
- Update trade consultants on product updates as and when required;
- Build and maintain client / business relationships;
- Search for new business and opportunities within the Industry;
- Turn non active agents into active agents;
- Telesales on a regular basis (recordings for evaluation purposes);
- Maintain agency record sheets & data base
- Load agent details, update logins and agency information on Salesforce and Tropics
- Sales Plans and Reports as per agreed schedule;
- Attend consumer events outside of normal working hours;
- Attend in-house training and increase product knowledge;
- Market Intelligent feedback to all relevant role-players;
- Use of Salesforce, updating details and effective reporting;
- Ad-hoc duties as required by business which will include workshops both during, before or after work hours;
- Other activities as identified from time to time by management

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Unless the applicant can demonstrate that he/she has gained the necessary competencies through experience, a Diploma or Degree in Sales is required;
- A Diploma or Degree in Travel will be considered in the absence of a Sales Diploma / Degree;
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales with a proven track record is required;
- Consumer travel consultant experience will be an added advantage;
- Must have exceptional presentation skills, and
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle in a good working condition.
