Job Description
- Attend to all the direct consumer enquiries in order to generate new business and represent the company in a professional manner;
- Generate new business by following up on all emails and leads;
- Answer telephones, and respond to direct customer requests for all TTC brands;
- Ensure product knowledge is continually updated on all brochures and product updates for all TTC brands;
- Upsell products and services;
- Offer TIC Travel Insurance on all bookings;
- Recognise, document and alert Manager of trends in customer calls;
- Assist team members where necessary with product knowledge and achieving targets, and
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
SPECIAL NOTE
The successful candidates must be able to work on Saturdays based on a roster system

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Unless the applicant can demonstrate that he/she has gained the necessary competencies through experience, a Diploma or Degree in Travel is required;
- A minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in direct consumer sales and the travel industry is required, and
- Experience in Salesforce and Amadeus will be an added advantage.
