To ensure the achievement and maintenance of the “number one” travel management company by growing the business through ensuring the new business development executives are bringing in new travel accounts in line with the set targets. To manage Cape Town and PE new business development team ,in order to exceed the budget by attending new business appointments with the new business development executives when required, checking all proposals and tenders before submission and ensure smooth running of the coastal new business team. To attend any sale calls in the Port Elizabeth region to assist with the growth of this region

Matric essential
Min 5 years Sales Exec experience
Sales Teamleader / Supervisor expereince is advantagious
Knowledge of Tenders and SLA's

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BUSINESS PROFITABILITY
Manage coastal (Excl. Durban) annual new business target
Ensure all financial models are sold
Clear understanding of the overall budget
Achieve set target for the regions annually
Responsible for all financial models proposed by new business
CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS and RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
Meet all new business clients at once during the sales process
Manage sale calls in the Port Elizabeth region
Deadline management for the team
Management of new business surveys
Maintain internal and external (Client and supplier) relationships
Maintain relationships with operational GM’s and managers Live the step up values
Reiterate the Step up Values with the new business team
OPERATIONS
Attend monthly meetings with operational teams
Monthly meetings with GM’s
Updating and maintenance of competitor analysis
