Thompsons Travel, a rapidly growing, dynamic, company, is looking for a candidate who will provide an efficient and professional front line service to clients and colleagues on the switchboard and at the reception desk, ensuring that the Company’s image and standards are maintained at all times. A person who can deliver a service to clients to assist with all visa enquires and applications, including administration. Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Travel or Tourism Certificate
- Two years Leisure Travel industry experience
- Fully PC literate – MS Office Applications – good Excel essential
- Reporting ability
- General secretarial duties
- Quicktrav knowledge preferred
- Ordering of stationery, groceries etc.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles (creditors, debtors etc.)
- Visa knowledge and experience essential
- Good geographical travel knowledge
- High accuracy and concentration, focusing on detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to meet deadlines
- Strong administrative skills
- Must be a team player
- Outstanding customer service skills
