Liaise with agents and direct guests and run full programme from first enquiry to post tour reports. Design and cost "out-of-the-box" Group tours into South/Southern/East Africa. Complete all aspects of the tour including additional add-ons, breakaway sightseeing trips, guides, special interest trips etc. Must be able to travel with Groups when necessary.

Qualification:
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to liaise and negotiate effectively with direct travellers and agents. Creative itinerary planning needed.
Sound understanding of the In-Bound market plus in-depth knowledge of the African regions essential.
Minimum five years Groups experience within a Tour Operator a must.
