General Details
We need someone who has the following attributes;
- Great “can do” attitude
- Sales experience in travel industry
- Good communication skills
- Honest and reliable
- Desire to succeed
- Team player
You will also need to be;
- Able to travel - weekend’s away, educational’s, country sales trips frequently, attending functions evenings and weekends on short notice.
- Computer literate – Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Prepared to work hard – getting out to see travel agents and building relationships with them, chase or hunt for the business
- Organised – planning and scheduling your appointments, Adding all comments on all visits on Honeybee (Login of all visits is also essential)
- Results orientated – meet budgeted sales, grow business from your clients, bring in new business
- Flexible with working hours – there are a lot of industry functions, workshops, training sessions and trade shows
Essential:
- Must have a valid un-endorsed drivers licence
- Valid passport
- Own car
- Reside in Durban
Knowledge of the travel industry in the Kwa Zulu Natal area
