To process, administer, verify and coordinate the necessary process and required paperwork for new employees, terminations and staff movements
To ensure the monthly payroll reconciliation is completed and submit reports timeously to avoid incorrect payments
To ensure the payroll is submitted to Finance within agreed timeframes
To manage all statutory and 3rd party returns and payments by required deadlines
To ensure all maintenance and updates are carried out on the payroll system, including security access
To ensure all IRP5s are created and submitted within the required timeframes
To create advanced reports for management reporting
To conduct risks audits on the payroll system in order to ensure accuracy of information

Qualification:
Financial diploma/qualification (Essential)
Relevant tertiary qualification/certification in Payroll e.g.: Payroll diploma/certificate/VIP accredited payroll academy courses
3 Years full function experience in Payroll Administration
With experience working on a time keeping/clocking system
System Administration on VIP People systems
