Job Description

To competently handle all aspects of meetings and events including conferences, local incentives, outbound group travel & inbound & all kinds of air travel

Ensure excellent customer service
Ensure excellent staff interaction and team work
Ensure close interaction and team work
Ensure good financial and cost management
Ensure error free travel transactions

Required Qualifications

Qualification:

Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a travel consultant in retail travel.
Travel Product Knowledge and understanding of trends and developments within the travel industry
preferred suppliers and product knowledge.
Knows and understands software packages required to perform own job function including Microsoft Word, Galileo, Excel, Outlook
Logi and CVent is a requirement
Experience in handling travel arrangements
