Ensuring that the Duma brand is well positioned and promoted within the region in direct alignment with Head Office initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent

Minimum Experience Required:
- At least 5 years senior management experience in Sales and Key Account Management
- Knowledge of the travel industry
- Computer literate especially advanced in MS Excel, Power-point and Word

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and maintain a sound understanding of the role of the Regional Sales and Key Account Management Department.
- Develop a strategy to generate new business and achieve business plan objectives aligned to the national strategy
- Alignment and implementation of strategic marketing activities for the Business Unit.
- Ensure provision of after-sales services to new clients within the time frames agreed upon
- Ensure effective relationships with clients and growing the current business.
- Ensure that the sales and key account management department is positioned appropriately within the region to add value.
- Ensure that communication with staff is regular and comprehensive through regular staff meetings and briefings.
