Job Description
We are recruiting an Africa Travel Coordinator.
In this role, you will be supporting our Sales Consultants by ensuring that all customers receive e-documentation within a specified period of time.
This includes sales administration, reconfirmation of all services, toll free call and enquiry management, as well as reception relief.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Matric
- Diploma or Degree in Travel and Tourism is advantageous
- Travel coordination experience is advantageous
- E-mail and telephonic communication experience
- Quality assurance experience
