Job Description
The main objective of this role is to process refunds on tickets before and after departure as well as to offer administrative support to the BSP division.
- Processing of Refunds on open segments of tickets and partial refunds using BSP Link & the GDS system on a daily basis
- Ensuring that the correct values are processed for refund in order to minimize ADM’s received for errors.
- Ensuring that the correct cancellation penalty is printed and applied to each refund
- Issuing of credit notes for refunds processed
- Replying to refund queries logged via our web within 24 hrs
- Following up on submitted refunds via BSP Link which are older that 1 month, on a monthly basis
- Compiling of a weekly spread sheet of all refund submittals received which has to be forwarded to the group on a weekly basis
- Assisting when necessary in the BSP Department.
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Minimum 1-3 year’s experience processing refunds (before and after departure) on the GDS.
- Recon knowledge advantageous
- Knowledge of how to process automated refunds
- Knowledge of processing refunds on BSP Link
