Job Description
Responsibilities as Lifestyle Assistant
- Provide information on facilities and services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transportation schedules
- Arrange tickets, bookings, appointments and reservations for customers
- Shop on behalf of the customer on the eBucks Online Shopping Site
- Organize extra’s for VIP client or special occasions (“Surprises and Delights”)
- Source travel products and information for upmarket clients
- Build relationships and rapport with your customers
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers
- Provide customers with excellent customer service and always go the extra mile
- Assist with after hour emergency duty
- Work closely with the Lifestyle Manager to grow the Lifestyle Desk
- Deal with complaints and work alongside the Lifestyle Manager to resolve them
- Come up with new initiatives and creative ideas for this desk
- Arranging all travel related queries from flight bookings to travel insurance
- Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports
- Keeping clients up to date with any changes
- Dealing with complaints and refunds
- Provide travel information and itineraries to clients
- Counsel clients on terms and conditions of travel, e.g. cancellation policies
- Process payments and keep accounts
- Promote destinations, tour packages and other services
- Provide travel tips on currency, language, safety, health, etc.
- Maximize on sales opportunities
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Building rapport with your customers
- Work well in a team

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Diploma in Travel/Hospitality/Leadership
- 10 years travel experience
- Amadeus experience, minimum of 4 years
- Previous concierge (or similar) experience advantage

- Leisure travel background
- Sales and marketing experience

General Details
Desk Operating Hours: Monday – Friday, 08h00 – 19h00. Saturdays & Public holidays, 08h00 – 14h00.
(Except Good Friday, Christmas & New Years Day).
Consultant will be required to work shifts.
