6 month contract (probation period), permanent employment thereafter.
The Winners Group, based in Woodstock is a dynamic and creative Destination Management Company focusing on inbound corporate tourism into Southern Africa and Africa.
We are looking for a motivated individual that has good administrator skills and can form part of a very busy and vibrant team.
Role is to assist Account Managers in an administrative function. Handle presentations, costings, invoicing, booking of services with suppliers, manage emails, manage appointments and in house company documents & reports.
Availability
Start Date: February 2017 – March 2017
Salary
Salary is R 10 000.00 per month negotiable on experience
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Experience in the hotel, tourism or events industry ideal.
- Must possess excellent WORD, POWERPOINT and EXCEL skills.
- Must have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Must have a passion for attention to detail and be well organised
- Must be able to work in a deadline driven environment and be creative in nature
- Must be presentable & well-spoken as occasional client interaction will be required
- Must have own transportation and be able to work overtime or on weekends if required on the odd occasion.
